Ryan’s place was a great place to stay at for my family. It is a great in between for Bryce Canyon/Page/Zion. We only used the main house but the entire lot is great for a big family. We didn’t spend much time in the basement where all the fun arcade games are but its a perfect place to spend some fun time. Our trip unfortunately was cut short but if we were to visit again Ryan’s place is the place to stay.

Absolutely loved the house! Close but not too close to town, also center of a few national parks. We spent most of our time at the house enjoying the rocking chairs outside or playing in the game room. Our family of 16 fight comfortably and I would highly recommend to anyone!

We had such an easy stay . The house accommodated all our needs from young to older adults. Nice fenced area for pets and spacious parking. Thanks Ryan everything was as advertised. Had a great stay.

This Kanab Cabin and Casita were the perfect location for our Family's Zion trip. We needed several bedrooms and bathrooms in a dog friendly locale and this more than fit the bill! There is plenty to explore 15-20 minutes in town, and Zion is about 1hr away. The teens loved the downstairs bunk room with pool table, video games, and arcade games. We cooked all meals in the well appointed kitchen and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb especially to groups or families with kids/teens.

This is the place to stay!! Everything was absolutely amazing! Entertainment in every level and family always had something fun to do. Also lots of great scenic views all around. Town is close by for any needs and host is very responsive and friendly. We loved the place so much we decided last minute to stay another night and host quickly replied and accommodated our wishes!
We will definitely be booking again very soon!
