There was miscommunication on our part with check in at the gate, no fault on Ryan and Liz’s part at all, and they were able to help us get that resolved in a timely matter so we can focus on our vacation. "We loved the place for my big family. we were 18 and fit perfectly and enough space for everyone. clean. the oasis club was literally walking distance for those that couldnt hang with the extra activities, they could just stay home n chill at pool or walk to the big swimming pool with the bar open etc. washer a little loud n airconditioner downstairs had little issues the last days. i did not call it in as we were almost leaving so I am hoping they fix for others. overall great experience."
