Our original booking at another place was a disaster upon check in and we were able to get this awesome place the same day we arrived for our vacation. Great place for family vacation, kids loved the pool and community area. Overall very happy with the rental. Only negative is lots of rentals in the neighborhood so lots of partying and noisy sometimes late into evening
